Sentry has developed a new way to provide the same fire resistance that is expected of them, in a 35% lighter weight package. The Sentry 2B2100 Fire Rated File Cabinet is a 2 drawer file cabinet with 1 hour of fire protection up to 1700ºF, even for electronic media like CDs/DVDs, Memory Sticks, and USB drives. ETL has awarded this model a water protection lablel against sprinkler and water spray. Each drawer can be configured to hold both legal and letter documents.

For those folks looking for the discontinued Sentry 6000, this is a good replacement very similar in attributes, but also lighter.

The 4B2100 is the new Sentry lighter weight, 21" deep, fire and water resistant vertical file cabinet. It has four drawers and is rated by ETL to protect digital media such as CDs. Each drawer can be set up to hold both legal and letter documents.

The Sentry 2T2500 two drawer file cabinet is a vertical file with 1 hour fire protection. This file cabinet has a 1 hour fire protection label from UL, Underwriters Laboratory, and independent testing facility. This is a ruggedly built file cabinet with rugged suspension for drawers making them easy to access.

The 2T2510 is a two drawer vertical cabinet from Sentry. It is 25" deep and is designed to hold letter size documents. It has double UL protection of a fire rating (1 hour) and impact (drop test) rating. It is short enough you can use the top surface for other office equipment.

The 2T2531 ia a great file cabinet for the protection of your documents. This Sentry 2T2531 fire rated file cabinet is a high security two drawer vertical file. It has a UL one hour fire rating as well as a UL rating for protection against impact and explosion hazard. In addition, this filing cabinet has water resistance having resisted one hour of sprinkler and water spray. The Medeco key lock is the highest UL rated lock. Sentry includes with the 2T2531 a media chest for storage of flash drives, CDs and other media. See photo below.
